Fiberglass Boat Repair

Service Second to None

Pricing is negotiated for each project desired. We are competitive.

Porta Fiberglass, Inc. has handled a wide variety of fiberglass boat maintenance and repair projects since the company was founded in 1980. There are a number of contributors to fiberglass problems, including fiberglass curing, delamination, corrosion, pitting, crazing, scratching, blistering, chipping, broken down stringers, and areas that have been burned. One of the most prevalent issues is transom rot..

We operate in a 10,000 square foot facility with ample room for grinding, laminating, disassembly, cleaning, repair, buffing, painting and refinishing.

We have repaired boats that hit buoys, rocks, breakwalls, other boats, docks and unknown objects. We have done many transom repair/replacement jobs using a pourable material that replaces all the wood normally found in a transom, and which is extremely strong and will not rot.

Coupled with our outstanding capability for painting and finishing, our maintenance and repair service is second to none. Porta Fiberglass, Inc. uses only the best materials to assure that repairs to damaged fiberglass areas will be as strong or stronger than the original. If we have to redesign and redo an area, it will be very strong and guaranteed.

We limit our service to boats that can be trailered, and limited to 50 feet or less.

All work is done at our facility in Edgewater, Florida. Customer must deliver and pick up the boat(s) needing attention.

Whether you have a jet boat, bass boat, pleasure boat, sailboat, jet ski, or offshore racer - if it needs repair, Porta Fiberglass, Inc. can do it.
